Valor Athletic Trainer, Chad Shinaberry, talks about his passion as a trainer and how he helps and betters the athletes he works with. Starting with how he helps athletes physically, mentally, and spiritually, he expresses the importance of what he does for athletes while carrying his faith with him at all times. While his help is crucial, he teaches how significant it is to take part in recovery in order to prevent potential injuries on your own time. Now being a trainer isn’t easy, so we see the struggles Chad faces as a trainer and how he can help athletes cope with their hard times as well. Ultimately, we see the ways that injury prevention is crucial to an athlete just as much as mental recovery, and as the Valor Athletic Trainer, Chad is able to use his faith and passion for helping others for the benefit of these athletes. Make sure to watch the video and see for yourself the impact Chad Shinaberry has on the athletes here at Valor!
