Mrs. Kakac has more than 20 years of experience teaching video production and broadcasting at a variety of High Schools and Film Schools. She also taught at-risk youth with the Binning Family Foundation. She’s served as information technology staff and trainer and spent two years in film school. In 1990, Mrs. Kakac was honored with the Outstanding Future Educator Award. In 2003, she was a Colorado Film School Film Festival Award Winner.

When Mrs. Kakac heard of Valor from the Film community, she knew God was calling her here. While completing previous career goals, she felt God calling her to work in Christian films, especially regarding drone work. She brings this passion to her work at Valor.

Mrs. Kakac holds a Part 107 sUAS Certificate (Drone Pilot License since 2017) and is a member of Women Who Drone and of Women in Film and Media Colorado. Mrs. Kakac and her husband have two daughters (Valor Classes of '23 and '24)
